Help Desk and Field Service Rep - Point-of-Sale

Nova Libra is a leading provider of Pharmacy POS systems, and we need an ambitious person that can help us add to and support our customer base. We are looking for someone who can provide our Microsoft Dynamics RMS customers with a very high level of service from our inbound support center. Another function of this job is periodically traveling to customer locations to install PC-based Point-of-Sale hardware. These installations can take up to three days, so a willingness to travel is essential.
The experience required for this position is:
• Related college/associates degree and job experience
• Proficiency with PC hardware and software installation
• Proficiency with PC hardware and software installation
• Valid drivers license
• Field service and/or help desk experience is a plus
General responsibilities for this position include:
• Working with a team to support existing customers

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Work with sales staff to manage potential on-site installations

• Travel to new customer locations to install hardware and train cashiers on software
• Ability to problem solve on the fly and react quickly to support and training questions
